Me ha gustado mucho uno de los últimos programas del grande de Eduardo Punset, “Por qué mas es menos”, el paradigma de la insatisfacción.. porque, a menudo sucede,  cuanta mas variedad existe a nuestro alcance: bienes tangibles, comida, amigos, pareja.. mas insatisfechos llegamos a ser..

Es curioso comprobar que la comodidad que habiamos conseguido al simplificar nuestras vidas gracias a la revolución industrial y sus automatismos, ahora, junto a la explosión de la sociedad del consumo , se ha convertido para muchos en un gran infierno de decisiones. Lo que hasta hace unoas años era un gran avance humano, ahora es un exceso de “todo”.

Quizás por eso, me resultan tan atractivas las personas simples. Cada vez mas creo que en la simpleza (que no en la estupidez) está la sabiduría.  Lo simple me parece atractivo. Me parece suficiente. Quizás por eso me gustan los deportes simples, las personas simples, las formas de vida simples.. sin embargo, desgraciadamente no soy simple.. solo a veces un poco estúpido.
